Reliable sources of Diary Times told that head constable Jasvir Saini of Kala Amb police station of Sirmaur district, who was missing since June 12, has been found safe in Naraingarh assembly constituency of Haryana, the neighboring state of Himachal Pradesh.

Let us tell you that after releasing his ten-minute video, since the night of June 12, well-wishers were commenting in the viral video for the missing head constable Jasvir Saini that first of all you should reach home safely and then fight for your rights through law.

In a telephonic conversation with Diary Times Media Network, DIG of CID-Crime Dr. DK Chaudhary has given information about the safe recovery of head constable Jasvir Saini of Kala Amb police station. He said that soon the complete information will be given to the media through a press conference.

It is worth noting that in the viral video, users have prayed a lot for the safe return of the head constable of Kala Amb police station.On Friday morning, after getting the responsibility of the entire case, DIG of CID-Crime Dr. DK Chaudhary has conducted a lot of interrogation in Kala Amb police station.

According to the information received, till 9 pm, DIG Dr. DK Chaudhary has prayed for the safe return of the head constable to Kala Amb.

Know the complete case of missing head constable Jasvir Saini –

On June 8, in the evening, a case was registered in Kala Amb police station under sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149 of IPC. In the entire case, the accused from Punjab were accused of assaulting a local tractor driver. A 33-second video of this case was released in which the local tractor driver is being beaten with sticks by the accused from Punjab.

On 9th June, the investigation of the entire case was started by Head Constable Jasvir Saini, when the local tractor driver showed a 33 second video of the entire case as evidence before the Head Constable and demanded to apply Section 307 of IPC.

On 10 June morning, Head Constable Jasvir Saini was asked to reach the office of DSP headquarters in Nahan, in the office, the DSP sent Head Constable Jasvir Saini to Kala Amb Police Station after advising him to investigate the entire case properly.

On June 11, in the afternoon, Head Constable Jasvir Saini was asked to reach the SP office. According to the victim’s family, Head Constable Jasvir Saini had disappeared since Tuesday night.

On June 12, in the evening, as soon as the ten-minute video of Head Constable Jasvir Saini went viral on social media, the entire family of the Head Constable reached Kala Amb late at night, after which the search for the head constable started. When the investigation was started, Additional Superintendent of Police Yogesh Rolta also assured the family of the head constable.

On the morning of 13th June, a massive protest started regarding the entire matter. Villagers of Nawada Panchayat of Paonta Sahib protested at the Deputy Commissioner’s office. The Additional Deputy Commissioner was asked to transfer the investigation of the entire matter to higher authorities. After that, the protesters protested at the SP office and the Additional Superintendent of Police talked to the protesters and sent them back.On 13 June itself, the responsibility of investigating the entire case was handed over to the DIG of CID-Crime.On 13th June in the evening, missing head constable’s wife Anita Devi met DIG at Nahan’s Circuit House and handed over a memorandum to him and demanded to register a case against SP Raman Kumar Meena.Missing head constable’s wife Anita Devi told DIG that no officer of Sirmaur police should be found involved in the investigation of the entire case.

On 14th June, Kala Amb resident Jagpal met the Deputy Commissioner of Sirmaur and alleged that the head constable Jasvir Saini was committing irregularities in the investigation of the case.Along with this, social worker Nathu Ram held a press conference and levelled serious allegations against the main accused and asked to suspend Sirmaur Superintendent of Police Raman Kumar Meena.

On 14th June at 8:30 pm, reliable sources of Diary Times informed that the head constable has been found safe in the Naraingarh Assembly constituency of the neighbouring state of Haryana, 15 km from Kala Amb.Along with this, DIG of CID-Crime Dr. DK Chaudhary was also present at Kala Amb police station.
