The famous scholar, writer and social worker of Cheog, Keshav Ram Sharma is no more among us
Principal of Senior Secondary School Cheog, Sandeep Sharma said that his late father Keshav Ram Shastri passed away recently at his residence Jathai Karyal at the age of 82.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, June 08 :Former Mandal President of Kusumpti Jitendra Bhotka, Cheog Panchayat Pradhan Dinesh Jogta as well as many intellectuals have expressed deep grief over the sad demise of Keshav Ram Shastri, who was known as a well-known scholar, writer and social worker of Cheog area under Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh.All have prayed to God for the peace of the departed soul of Keshav Ram Shastri and to provide strength to the bereaved family in this hour of grief.
Principal of Senior Secondary School Cheog, Sandeep Sharma said that his late father Keshav Ram Shastri passed away recently at his residence Jathai Karyal at the age of 82.
He told that late Keshav Ram Sharma had retired from the government school as a Shastri. Late Keshav Ram Sharma Ji dedicated his entire life to the promotion and propagation of Sanskrit language as well as worship and service of poor and helpless people.The children taught by late Keshav Ram Sharma Ji are today serving in various high positions in Himachal Pradesh.Late Keshav Ram Sharma Ji has left behind a big family of four sons and six daughters.All the children are adults. The death of Late Keshav Ram Sharma Ji has sent a wave of mourning across the entire Cheog region.
