Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Dharamshala, May 04:Releasing the complete plan for traffic arrangements during the two IPL matches to be held at Dharamshala Cricket Stadium on May 5 and 9, Kangra Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa said that Six hours before the IPL match, entry of heavy vehicles carrying cement, bricks, sand, iron and rebar will be restricted in Dharamshala city. Entry of heavy vehicles will be allowed only after the completion of the IPL match.
But this rule is not applicable for daily routine HRTC buses and vehicles providing essential and emergency services.
