Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 23: Five consecutive times MLA and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri from Haroli assembly constituency of Una district of Himachal Pradesh has topped the survey panel of Hamirpur parliamentary constituency, while Nagrota Bagwan MLA and Chairman of Tourism Development Corporation Raghubir Singh Bali has topped the survey panel of Kangra parliamentary constituency.
