State President of Himachal Government Sanskrit Teachers Council, Dr. Manoj Shail said that the Sanskrit syllabus made from class 3rd to 5th is very simple. In this, the system of examination is available only in the fifth class and there is no examination in the third and fourth class. A teacher who can teach Hindi in primary school can also teach Sanskrit with ease and teachers have taught it for a year. If there is still such a problem, now that the Himachal government has implemented the cluster system, Sanskrit teachers from adjacent schools can also teach it.

In this way, such behavior with the removal of Sanskrit subject in Devbhoomi Himachal Pradesh is not right. For this, teachers can also be given training by organizing workshops like it is being given for other subjects. But, the Himachal government and the Education department have expressed their intention by presenting reasons without facts that they do not want to teach Sanskrit subject at all. There are thousands of Sanskrit teachers in Himachal Pradesh and thousands of Shastri degree holders are unemployed and then the question of why teachers are not available is not logical. Himachal Government and Education Department should reconsider the decision of removing Sanskrit subject and keep Sanskrit subject as it is.
