According to the information, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has also returned to Shimla by road along with Priyanka.

This is said to be a personal visit of Priyanka Gandhi.
During her Shimla tour, Priyanka can meet many Congress leaders of Himachal and take feedback on the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections and assembly by-elections.

Even before this she had been coming to Shimla. Priyanka has her own house in Chharabra near Shimla. Even during the last assembly elections, she stayed in Chharabra for a long time.
