Now action will be taken against teachers who undertake personal trips abroad without permission. The Directorate of Higher Education has issued instructions in this regard to the Principal, Head Teacher and lecturers. The Directorate has issued a circular in this regard.

Director of Higher Education Dr. Amarjeet Sharma said that it has come to the notice of the department that many principals, head teachers and lecturers are touring abroad without taking permission from the department.
The department is not being informed about the purpose for which these visits are made. He said that under the rules, it is mandatory to first obtain the approval of the department before going abroad.
