• Shimla News: Many IAS Officers Transferred In Himachal, Sanjay Gupta Chairman Of State Electricity Board.

The Himachal Pradesh government has reshuffled the administrative departments a day before the start of the budget session of the upcoming assembly. Principal Secretary Bharat Kheda, who went to Delhi on central deputation, and other officers have been given charge of the departments of the officers appointed as District Deputy Commissioners. On Tuesday, Himachal Personnel Department issued notification giving additional and additional charge to eight IAS officers.

Dr. Amandeep Garg, Principal Secretary, Personnel and Forests, has been appointed Advisor to the Government on Regulatory Reforms in New Delhi.

Dr. Apart from Personnel and Forest Department, Amandeep Garg has also been given the charge of Public Works Department.

Principal Secretary Devesh Kumar has also been given additional charge of Tax and Excise Department.

Education Secretary Rakesh Kanwar has been given additional charge of Information and Public Relations Department.

Home to RD Nazim, additional responsibility of GAD assigned to Harbans Singh Brescon –

Himachal Pradesh Government has handed over additional charge of the departments of Secretary Dr. Abhishek Jain, who is on leave due to ill health, to other officers. Principal Secretary RD Nazim has been given additional charge of Home and Vigilance, Secretary Priyatu Mandal has been given additional charge of Youth Services and Sports Department, Labor and Employment and IT. Special Secretary, Public Works Department, Harbans Singh Brescon has been given additional charge of Secretariat Administration Department, General Administration Department and Parliamentary Affairs.

Sanjay Gupta will be the Chairman of State Electricity Board –

Sanjay Gupta has been made the chairman of the State Electricity Board. He will also have the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of Ropeway and Rapid Transport System Development Corporation. As Electricity Board Chairman, Sanjay Gupta’s rank will be equal to that of Chief Secretary.

At the same time, Additional Chief Secretary Omkar Chand Sharma has been given the additional charge of Chairman of the Pollution Control Board.
