Union Minister Anurag Thakur also attacked Congress Party and said, ‘White paper has exposed Whole Congress party. Family was important for Congress Party, corruption came first for Congress Party. Policies of Congress have caused great harm to the country. Question arises that how has Congress been looting the country, how has it been pushing the country backward.

In the budget session of Parliament, the Central Government has presented a ‘White Paper’ to clarify its economic policies, revenue and treasury position. In this 69-page white paper, with the help of data from the Central Government, State Governments, international organizations and important rating agencies, an attempt has been made to prove that the country’s economy was in a very bad condition during UPA regime, and the country was hit by 15 big scams. Economy of India had reached a very poor condition during UPA regime, whereas Economy has improved a lot in the last ten years of Modi government’s rule. After the presentation of the White Paper in Parliament, BJP leaders are continuously busy cornering the Congress Party.
Union Minister Anurag Thakur also attacked Congress Party and said, ‘White paper has exposed Whole Congress party. Family was important for Congress Party, corruption came first for Congress Party. Policies of Congress have caused great harm to the country. Question arises that how has Congress been looting the country, how has it been pushing the country backward. We have remained silent for the last 10 years in the interest of the country. If we wanted, we could have brought the white paper on the first day also.’
Congress claims – it is not a white paper but it is BJP’s manifesto.
During the discussion on the white paper, Opposition has questioned intentions of the central government. Participating in debate, Congress Party member Manish Tiwari said, the timing of the white paper released before the Lok Sabha elections makes it clear that it is a ‘political manifesto’. But let me tell you that UPA had made acts like Right to Information, Right to Education, Right to Food and MNREGA. Which has strengthened the social, political and economic foundation of the country.
