An HRTC bus Conductor Who found guilty of embezzlement of Rs 4500 by issuing fake tickets to 45 passengers in a Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus coming from Ambala district of Punjab towards Baddi in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, Has been dismissed today by Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) Management.
The HRTC bus conductor tampered with the ticket machine and took out blank slips and made fake tickets worth Rs 4,500 with a pen on those blank slips. In the name of machine malfunction, the HRTC bus conductor had played fake ticket game. When the Flying Squad teams of Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) caught the HRTC bus Conductor during the inspection, the HRTC bus Conductor could not even show the account of the tickets.

On the report of the Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) Flying Squad teams, the responsibility of investigating the entire matter was handed over to the Regional Manager of Taradevi Bus Depot by the Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) management.
In the investigation report submitted by the regional manager of Taradevi bus depot, it was made clear that the HRTC bus operator had deliberately made the mistake of issuing fake tickets. During the fake ticket issue, a show cause notice was also issued by HRTC Parwanoo Bus Depot to the HRTC bus conductor who made fake tickets and an opportunity for personal hearing was also given to the HRTC bus conductor, but the arguments given by the HRTC bus conductor were not accepted. It was also found to be devoid of facts and baseless. The Regional Manager of HRTC Parwanoo Bus Depot has dismissed the HRTC bus conductor who issued fake tickets for violating the contract rules.

The HRTC bus conductor , who tampered with the ticket machine and issued fake tickets worth Rs 4500 to the passengers, has been dismissed under the zero tolerance policy. Following the report of the Regional Manager of HRTC Parwanoo Bus Depot, a show cause notice was issued to the HRTC bus conductor and an opportunity was given to the HRTC bus conductor to present his case in a personal hearing. Taking action for violating contract rules, the HRTC conductor has been dismissed.
