Himachal News: CPS will not work like ministers, nor will they take facilities, High Court orders

As per the order of Himachal Pradesh High Court, Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS) will neither be able to function like ministers in the Government of Himachal Pradesh nor Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS) get all the facilities available to ministers in the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

The four Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS) appointed by the Government of Himachal Pradesh will neither function like ministers nor can the four Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS) of the Government of Himachal Pradesh avail the facilities available to ministers. Himachal Pradesh High Court has issued interim orders in the entire Chief Parliamentary Secretary (CPS) case today on Wednesday.

The next hearing of the Chief Parliamentary Secretary (CPS) case in the Himachal Pradesh High Court will be held on March 12.

Senior advocate Satpal Jain, appearing for the Bharatiya Janata Party, has provided complete information about CPS case To Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma.

After completion of the arguments of both the sides, these orders have been passed by Himachal Pradesh High Court in the CPS case.

Orders have been issued by the Himachal Pradesh High Court on the petition filed by Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Satpal Satti and other leaders challenging the appointment of Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS).
