Shimla- In the much talked about cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, the Himachal Pradesh Police Special Investigation Team (SIT) has filed the complete petition of status report in the Himachal Pradesh High Court. Besides, a letter has also been written to all the central intelligence agencies of India and the report of the cryptocurrency fraud case has been submitted.

Himachal Pradesh Police Director General Sanjay Kundu said that so far around one lakh people have been invested in the cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, under which transactions worth Rs 2500 crore have been done from all the IDs.

Also, in the entire cryptocurrency fraud case, till now the accused have given a profit of Rs 500 crore to the investors.

DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that so far eighteen accused have been arrested in the cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, in which four policemen of Himachal Pradesh Police have also been found guilty in the cryptocurrency fraud case.

In the biggest talked about cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, a status report petition has been filed in the Himachal Pradesh High Court on Tuesday by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Himachal Pradesh Police.

Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu said this while addressing the Diary Times press conference today, giving information about the status report filed by the SIT of Himachal Pradesh Police.

Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that the application for anticipatory bail to all the nine accused in the crypto currency fraud case was granted by the Himachal Pradesh High Court, which has been canceled by the Himachal Pradesh High Court.

Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that in the cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, about one lakh people were lured to invest by doubling their money, under which a transaction of Rs 2500 crore was made by creating ID from mobile phone.

In the entire cryptocurrency fraud case, a profit of Rs 500 crore has been given to the investors.

Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that so far eighteen accused have been arrested and taken into judicial custody in the entire cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh.

Four policemen of Himachal Pradesh Police have also been arrested in the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case.

In the entire Himachal Pradesh Cryptocurrency Fraud case, any accused against whom the Himachal Pradesh Police Special Investigation Team (SIT) finds evidence will be arrested and produced in the judicial custody of the Himachal Pradesh High Court.

Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that continuous action is being taken to arrest the four main accused in the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case.

Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that Subhash, the main accused in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case, along with his wife, is said to be in Dubai with Rs 200 crore, to bring him back home, all the Interpol teams of India have been sent to Dubai.

Three of the four main accused in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case have been arrested by the SIT so far.

In the entire cryptocurrency fraud case, so far assets worth Rs 12 crores of three main accused have been frozen by Himachal Pradesh SIT.

Apart from this, about seventy to eighty people have also been found in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case, who have earned a profit of more than two crore rupees by making people invest.

The process to arrest all these seventy to eighty people in the cryptocurrency fraud case has been started by the SIT.

DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that under Himachal Pradesh BUDS Act (Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme), people cannot collect money and invest it in any way without the permission of Reserve Bank of India and SEBI.

Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that in the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case, action is being taken by the SIT against all the accused under the BUDS Act.

DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that all the eight accused arrested in recent days have been taken into police administrative custody of Himachal Pradesh Police (SIT) till November 9.

DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that since the formation of SIT in the entire cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, three hundred and fifty fraud complaints have been lodged by the public, the investigation process and action of which is being actively carried out by the Himachal Pradesh Police SIT.

There is full possibility of the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case being linked to the international level –

DGP Dr. While addressing the Diary Times press conference, Sanjay Kundu said that due to the network of Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case being linked to the international level, till now the Himachal Pradesh Police SIT is not able to find out that the money of the people of Himachal Pradesh is being used for terrorism. Is being taken for funding or to carry out any other type of terrorist activities.

Himachal Pradesh Police SIT has given copies of the entire cryptocurrency fraud case by writing a letter to all the Central Intelligence Agencies of India, Security Forces and all the Income Tax Agencies of India.

Along with this, a demand has also been made to the Central Investigation Agencies in the entire Himachal Pradesh Cryptocurrency Fraud case that how can it be possible that information and inklings of such a huge banking transaction are still not detected in the hands of India’s banking system and tax agencies Used to be Unaware Yet?

DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that Subhash, the main accused in the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case and all other cryptocurrency fraud cases, went abroad from India after saving all the swindlers in a proper manner and no one had any idea about it.

Besides, in the investigation of Himachal Pradesh Police SIT, it has also been found that Subhash has spent an amount of approximately Rs 3.5 crore for all his foreign tours.

Also, Subhash, the main accused in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case, and all the thugs along with him have made more than two thousand foreign tours.

DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case is the biggest fraud case that has come to light so far. Besides, the government employees of Himachal Pradesh have also been trapped in the name of investment by all the main accused in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case.
