Himachal News : In Himachal Pradesh, damaged bunds will be constructed from MLA Area Development Fund

Himachal News : Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has said that the dikes around the houses damaged due to heavy rains in the state will be constructed under the MLA Area Development Fund.

He told that for this it has been decided to give exemption under disaster management, which will be applicable for the next six months. The Chief Minister said that this decision will give special benefits to the people.

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that relief and rescue work is going on on a war footing across the state and all possible help is being provided to the affected. The Chief Minister said – I think the damage is huge in the entire state. Slips have occurred in the mountains. Many houses have been destroyed. Many houses have been partially damaged. Crops have been destroyed.

Definitely we will see this in the coming time and we will try our best to do whatever happens with our government. If it happens, you can give money from your MLA’s area fund. So many people will get relief from that so that the MLA can go to his area and get this work done.
