He said that advertisements regarding jobs were taken out through the office and recently this firm had recruited 549 posts. In this, it was said to conduct examinations for government and non-government posts.
He said that the police raided on the basis of a secret information.Dinesh Kumar told that during the raid the documents of the firm, mobiles and laptops have been seized. He said that further action has been initiated by registering a case against the couple under sections 420 and 34 of IPC.
He told – there is a firm named Himachal Pradesh unemployed service selecting association which is in Sunder Nagar and now its registration has been done from Mandi which talks about giving employment to unemployed youth and it was also told that some She was probably not authorized for the type of advertisement about which a team with children from the police station, which is her office, and I have also come here.
And we have verified it, it has been found that advertisements have been made for many such posts for which it is not authorized, in which employment has been talked about in government and semi government departments and it has been found on record. That advertisements were taken out for 539 posts, while the owners of the firm of this company were asked whether you have given any documents regarding whether you have any authority letter or if someone has authorized you, then this None of them have been able to produce any records regarding this and in view of such circumstances, records and primary evidence are going out there, an FIR has been registered and further proceedings are on.
