Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has asserted that the ongoing joint military campaign between Israel and the United States is “systematically crushing” Iran, claiming significant strategic and military achievements against Tehran.

In a televised address delivered in Hebrew ahead of the Passover festival, Netanyahu described the operation as a turning point in Israel’s long-standing conflict with Iran. He stated that the combined efforts of Israel and the United States have dealt a major blow to what he called an “existential threat” to the Jewish state.

Netanyahu Claims Iran Growing Weaker

Highlighting the impact of the military campaign, Netanyahu said Iran is now “weaker than ever,” while Israel has emerged “stronger than ever.” He added that the Iranian leadership has suffered both military and economic setbacks, claiming that Tehran has spent nearly a trillion dollars over the years on nuclear ambitions, missile programs, and regional influence—efforts he said have largely failed.

The Israeli leader also suggested that the Iranian government could eventually collapse, saying it is only a matter of time before internal and external pressures take their toll.

Regional Alliances Strengthening

Netanyahu revealed that Israel is actively building new alliances with key countries in the Middle East to counter Iran’s influence. While he did not name specific nations, he hinted that more details about these partnerships could be shared soon.

According to him, the growing cooperation signals a broader regional alignment against Iran, with several countries increasingly recognizing the threat posed by Tehran’s military and nuclear capabilities.

Military Operations Across Multiple Fronts

In his speech, Netanyahu outlined a series of military actions carried out across the region. These included operations against militant groups such as Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthis in Yemen.

He also referenced strikes targeting Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, missile systems, and senior leadership. Among those mentioned were Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, as well as leaders from allied militant groups.

Acknowledging the Cost of Conflict

Despite the strong rhetoric, Netanyahu acknowledged the human cost of the conflict. His remarks came as Israel mourned four soldiers killed during ground operations in Lebanon, underscoring the ongoing risks and sacrifices involved in the campaign.

He described the losses as “painful costs,” while maintaining that the broader mission remains critical for Israel’s long-term security.

Global Awareness Increasing

Netanyahu also claimed that Israel’s actions have raised global awareness about the threat posed by Iran. He said that while many international leaders previously underestimated the risk, there is now widespread recognition of the situation.

“Today, there is no one who does not understand the magnitude of the threat,” he stated, adding that some world leaders are now actively cooperating with Israel, even if others remain cautious in public.

Campaign Still Ongoing

While celebrating what he called “enormous accomplishments,” Netanyahu made it clear that the military campaign is far from over. He emphasized that operations will continue until the perceived threats from Iran’s nuclear and missile programs are fully neutralized.

The developments come amid heightened tensions across the Middle East, with the Israel-US partnership playing a central role in shaping the region’s evolving security landscape.
