Three Minor Girls Drown in Una Stream

Three minor girls, including two sisters, drowned in a stream in Bhalh panchayat of Una district, Himachal Pradesh, police said on Friday.

The incident occurred on Thursday when one of the girls slipped into the stream while washing her school bag. The other two fell in while trying to rescue her.

Villagers rushed to the spot and managed to pull the girls out before taking them to the community health center, where doctors declared them dead.

The deceased have been identified as Komal, Sakshi, and Khushi.
