18 Himachal Police Personnel Clear Finance & Accounts Service Exam, Set to Become Section Officers

Himachal Pradesh Police has once again brought pride to the state through its hard work, competence, and commitment. A total of 18 police personnel have achieved outstanding success in the Himachal Pradesh Finance & Accounts Service (HPF&AS) examination. Out of 29 posts available in this recruitment drive, 18 have been secured by members of the police force. These selected personnel will now be appointed as Section Officers and will undergo training at HIPA, Fairlawns Shimla.
Director General of Police Ashok Tiwari described this achievement as a proud moment for the force and extended his congratulations to all the successful candidates. He said, “Himachal Police has always been committed to providing opportunities for the holistic growth and intellectual development of its officers and personnel. This is why our police personnel are excelling not only in policing but also in other administrative and professional arenas.”
The successful candidates include LHC Gayatri Devi (CTS, HP SDRF), HC Ritesh Kumar (1st HPAP Battalion), Constable Anil Kumar (HP SDRF Mandoh), Constable Amanpreet Singh (PD Baddi), L/Constable Damini (3rd IR Battalion Mandoh), L/Constable Sheetal Guleria (3rd IR Battalion Mandoh), Constable Bhanu Pratap Thakur (3rd IR Battalion), L/Constable Rajni Saini (5th IR Battalion Bassi), L/Constable Priyanka (District Kinnaur), Constable Himanshu Kashyap (Cyber Police Station Mandi), Constable Saurabh Sharma (4th IR Battalion J/Beri), Constable Vinod Kumar (PD Baddi), L/Constable Pooja Sharma (1st HPAP Battalion), Constable Narendra Singh (1st HPAP Battalion), Constable Amit Thakur (1st HPAP Battalion), Constable Deepak Beeton (District Kinnaur), Constable Shiv Kumar (3rd IR Battalion Mandoh), and L/Constable Meenakshi Rana (5th IR Battalion Bassi).
Their achievement has not only elevated the reputation of the police department but has also become a source of inspiration for the youth of the state. The Director General expressed confidence that in their new roles, these officers will strengthen the state’s financial and administrative framework and set new benchmarks of service through their dedication and perseverance.
