Veteran Donates ₹5 Lakh to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund

Bhandari Ram Verma, an 80-year-old resident of Changar Palasni village in Kothipura Panchayat, Bilaspur district, generously contributed ₹5 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. He handed over the cheque to Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar.

The Deputy Commissioner expressed his gratitude for Verma’s noble gesture, noting that such acts of generosity inspire others in society to come forward and support humanitarian causes.

A retired Master Warrant Officer (MWO) of the Indian Air Force, Verma now resides in his native village. Sadar Sub-Divisional Magistrate Dr. Rajdeep Singh was also present on the occasion.
