Nahan, July 31 Ishani Thakur, an alumna of Mata Padmavati College of Nursing, Nahan, has brought pride to her alma mater and the region by being commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Military Nursing Service (MNS). She is currently posted at Ambala Station, proudly serving as part of the Armed Forces Medical Services.
Ishani completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Mata Padmavati College between 2013 and 2017. Her dedication, discipline, and leadership skills earned her this prestigious opportunity. The college administration and faculty expressed pride in her achievement, calling her an inspiration for current and future students.
College Chairman Anil Jain remarked, “The quality education and hands-on training provided at our institution play a key role in helping our students succeed in government services. Lieutenant Ishani is a shining example of this.”
