Himachal Unemployed Youth Federation Intensifies Protest Against Job Trainee Policy : Memorandums Submitted in Kullu and Chamba
Kullu/Chamba, Himachal Pradesh:
After Mandi, members of the Himachal Unemployed Youth Federation (HUYF) today submitted strong-worded memorandums to the respective Deputy Commissioners of Kullu and Chamba, addressed to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. The memorandums expressed unequivocal opposition to the controversial Job Trainee Policy, which has sparked widespread discontent among the youth.
Speaking on behalf of the federation, State Convenor Shrey Awasthi declared,
“This is just the beginning. In the coming days, we will reach out to every district administration in Himachal to lodge our protest against this exploitative policy. If the government still chooses to remain silent, we will be forced to launch a massive agitation in Shimla.”
The Federation has vowed to escalate its movement if the government continues to ignore the voices of Himachal’s unemployed youth. With rising anger on the ground, the HUYF’s call for a state-wide agitation is gaining momentum and setting the stage for a possible showdown in the state capital.
