Mini Bus Services Restored on Several Routes in Seraj: Deputy Chief Minister

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri announced that the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) has resumed mini bus (Tempo Traveller) services on several routes in the disaster-affected Seraj Assembly constituency starting Friday. He noted that normalcy is gradually returning to the region.
The Deputy CM said the restoration of these services would bring much-needed relief to residents who had been struggling without transportation for weeks. The Corporation is now operating Tempo Travellers on challenging routes including Bagsyad, Janjehli, Chhatri, Sarachi, Thunag, and Chiyuni Chet.
He added that these Tempo Traveller services have been integrated with HRTC’s broader network in Bagsyad, making it easier for passengers to reach the district headquarters in Mandi and other key destinations. Efforts are being made to ensure transport services are timely and well-coordinated to benefit the local population.
Highlighting the difficulties faced by people in Seraj after roads were blocked due to the disaster, the Deputy CM reiterated the government’s commitment to restoring essential services on a priority basis to ease the hardships of affected communities.
