18 huts burnt to ashes in Nalagarh, two and a half year old girl died in a painful death due to fire
Nalagarh, 01 April: A case of a massive fire came to light on Monday in Bhatauli Kalan Industrial Area under Baddi Industrial Area. 18 huts were burnt to ashes in this fire, due to which all the belongings of the migrant workers were also burnt. In this painful accident, a two and a half year old innocent girl died due to fire.
As soon as the information was received, the fire department team reached the spot and tried to control the fire, but the fire was so terrible that it could not be controlled immediately. As soon as the summer season started, incidents of fire have started increasing in Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh (BBN) area, due to which people are scared. This accident occurred near Abbott Pharma in Bhatauli Kalan. According to the local people, the fire spread so fast that the workers living in the huts did not even get a chance to take out their belongings. Soon the entire area was engulfed in smoke and flames.
No clue as to the cause, loss of lakhs
The cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet, but it is estimated that this accident has caused a loss of lakhs of rupees. The belongings of the migrant labourers were burnt to ashes, leaving them helpless. The fire department is constantly trying to control the fire, but there is a possibility of huge loss. The administration has ordered an inquiry into the fire and has assured to provide relief to the affected people.
