Shimla (Kartik Sharma): Yesterday marked the successful conclusion of the three-day State Level Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), which was organised by the Ministry of Sports and Himachal Pradesh Youth Affairs. The occasion boasted the involvement of youthful minds and featured remarks about the developing India. The Indian Constitution was the event’s main topic of discussion.

The purpose of the event was to promote a feeling of ownership in shaping the developed India actively and make them a responsible citizen.

Notably, the NYKS gives young people a forum to express their ideas, engage in productive debates about them, and share their perspectives on developing India. The following subjects were among the two themes of the event:

1.The Indian Constitution’s 75th anniversary: Rights,Duties and The Advent of its development.

2. The 11 Resolutions of the Constitution Day: Pledge to strengthen India’s constitutional values.

Justice Vivek Singh Thakur was present as the chief guest of the event. He emphasized the important role of the youth in the development of a nation.
Smt. Ira Prabhat, State Director) NYKS, on the other hand welcomed the chief guest and distributed the prizes to the top three. These included Brij Mohan, Ameesha Kumari Dhiman and Parishti Thakur, who bagged the first, second and the third prize respectively. The same will represent the state at the Indian Parliament from 1st to 3rd March 2025.
