Jwalamukhi (Kangra) Himachal Pradesh, Kumud Sharma, January 23: Sunil Dhiman, a teacher from Kopra village of Jwalamukhi subdivision of Kangra district, has been honored with the ‘Shri Shri Best Teacher Award-2025’ in a grand ceremony held in Bengaluru. This award was given to him for his excellent work in education, environmental protection and disaster management.

AYUSH Minister Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav and spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar were present during the award ceremony.

AYUSH Minister Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav described the campaigns like Har Ghar Neem and environmental protection activities run by teacher Sunil Dhiman as inspirational.

Teacher Sunil Dhiman said that after this honor, he will continue to strive to promote the culture of environmental protection among children along with education. There is a wave of happiness in the entire Jwalamukhi assembly constituency.

Teacher Sunil Dhiman told Diary Times, “It is a matter of pride for me to be selected for the Best Teacher Award-2025.
