Central University celebrated its 15th foundation day, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla attended as the chief guest
(Dharamshala) Himachal Pradesh, Kumud Sharma, January 22: Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla attended the foundation ceremony of the Central University as the chief guest on Tuesday. During this, he praised the efforts of the university in promoting the Indian knowledge tradition.
He said that the new education policy will bring change in India, although it needs to be implemented in a systematic manner.
He emphasized on the university establishing its identity as a research-based, quality education center for ‘Developed India-2047’.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla told Diary Times that, “I think that in a short time this university has achieved a new purpose. Gradually, the Dehra center is also in a position to grow. The Central Government has given Rs 250 crore. I will also request the Chief Minister of the state to give its share to Himachal Pradesh and complete the building etc. as soon as possible so that it is a good fortune that a central university is found in a state and the people here are completing that work with great competition. I will congratulate them.”
One In response to the question, the Governor said that people are being counted with cameras in Maha Kumbh. Those who are questioning the figures of Maha Kumbh should go there and see for themselves whether the counting is correct or wrong.
The Governor said that very beautiful arrangements have been made for Prayagraj Maha Kumbh.
“The way cameras are installed there, they are counting on the basis of the pupils of the eyes of the people. People should go there and see, then they will automatically get the proof whether the counting is correct or wrong. The way people are coming there, the atmosphere there, I think that it is a very beautiful arrangement. The Prime Minister himself went there and started it by doing puja and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh is repeatedly going there and seeing the arrangements. It is amazing. I think that after Kumbh, it will be discussed very well.” Shukla said.
