Manali (Kullu), January 20: The much-awaited five-day Manali Winter Carnival begins today, bringing a festive atmosphere to the region. The event will feature colorful cultural tableaux that will parade from Paridhi Grih to Mall Road, attracting both locals and tourists. Diverse cultural groups from different states of India, along with the Mahila Mandal of Manali Assembly, will showcase their talent through traditional dances, music, and art.
