Shimla, Sourabh Jaiswal: Recent snowfall in the upper regions of Himachal has brought smiles on the faces of farmers and gardeners, but common people are facing difficulties.

The administration is constantly engaged in opening the blocked road and SDM of Chopal Hemchand Verma said that Shimla-Chopal road has been opened and drivers have been advised to avoid movement in the morning.

Local people say that the roads are slippery due to frost in the morning, due to which there is a problem in movement.
