Historic Peersthan Lohri fair begins in Nalagarh – Huge crowd of devotees seen on the second day of the fair
Nalagarh, Sourabh Jaiswal: Thousands of devotees are flocking to the Lohri fair organised at the historic Peersthan in Nalagarh too.
According to the belief, in this fair, families and especially women pray for the well-being of their children and family and when their wish is fulfilled, they come here again and visit the temple with full rituals.

Babu Chaudhary, Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Kipalpur, said that this Lohri fair has been organised here for three hundred years and lasts for five days.
He said that earlier there used to be camel races during the Lohri fair here, but with time, it has changed and now events like wrestling-dangal are organised here.
