Special Provisions for Students Who Are Affected by Bad Weather for the HP Board Examinations
If the students are unable to reach their chosen centers due to the weather, they have the option of taking their examinations at the center that is closest to them.
Dharamshala, (Himachal Pradesh) [India], January 13 (Diary Times): The Himachal Pradesh School Education Board has announced special measures for students who are experiencing difficulties owing to severe weather during the annual examinations for classes 10th and 12th. This is a huge relief for kids, as it will allow them to take the exams normally. If the students are unable to reach their chosen centers due to the weather, they have the option of taking their examinations at the center that is closest to them.
The examinations are scheduled to begin on March 4, and the school board has already made the schedule available and is making preparations to guarantee that the examination procedure goes off without a hitch. In order to address any potential disruptions and give priority to the requirements of the students, the board is implementing preventative steps.

It was emphasized by Dr. Major Vishal Sharma, the Secretary of the School Education Board, that students who are unable to appear for exams due to severe weather will have the opportunity to take a special examination. Affected candidates are need to present valid evidence explaining their inability to attend the normal tests in order to qualify for the qualification.
