Under this project, children’s park, walking trail, yoga facility, cafeteria, watch tower and other facilities including three cottages will be constructed.

This project will promote eco-tourism in the Nadaun Assembly constituency, as well as provide employment opportunities to the local people and ensure increase in their income.

On this occasion, CM Sukhu said that Hareta of Nadaun assembly constituency has the densest forest, that is why this area has been selected to build the park.

He said that after education, the present state government is now working to make Hamirpur district a leader in the health sector. So far, Rs 470 crore has been spent on Dr. Radhakrishnan Hamirpur Medical College. In future, a state of the art cancer institute is going to be built here for which Rs 85 crore has been sanctioned.
