Chaupal: Farmer’s son Rahul Sharma cracked fourth attempt HAS exam without coaching became Tehsildar
Shimla, January 08: Rahul Sharma of Chaupal has made the region proud by achieving 6th rank in Himachal Administrative Service (HAS) examination organized by Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission. In the results declared on Monday, Rahul achieved this great achievement, after which he will now serve the state in the post of Tehsildar.
Rahul comes from a middle-class family. He comes from a rural background, with his parents being farmers, and reached this position through his own efforts and hard work, despite the scarcity of resources. Rahul has been able to crack the examination without any coaching. Despite failing thrice back to back, he never gave up and this was his fourth attempt at achieving this success.

Rahul speaking about his success said, “To make it here, so many challenges had to be faced. It was disappointing when I didn’t win but I didn’t lose hope and kept working hard.” He told the youth not to be scared of failures because one must work hard and be consistent in what they want to achieve.
Rahul credits his success to parents and friends. The success of his family is also the pride of the entire native region. He is living proof that there is no hurdle you cannot jump if you have the will and strength to do so.
