Shimla: The stage is set for a spectacular Winter Carnival in Shimla, scheduled to begin on December 24 at the Ridge Ground. A vibrant mix of star performers, including renowned Punjabi Sufi singer Satinder Sartaj, Bollywood playback singer Shabab Sabri, and the electrifying Crazy Hoppers, will grace the carnival’s stage.
