On one hand Nitesh has had been a national player of badminton, who had played badminton at the national level, and on the other Paarth, who left his full time jobs, including a highly paid job in the Marine.

Can you even imagine?

This advent of sports had been an important and integral part of his Nitesh’s life.

This journey of his had come to a standstill under the weight of studies during post-graduation, but Nitesh retained his Ikigai and in later life started spinning a cloth related to Hippie culture, also known as a Dapostar, A fabric that is made by a tailor who stitches it, with hard work and skill, that enables it to cut through the zone with its own flow.

The cultural relevance

Spinning a Dapostar has become an art, which is being replicated all over the world not merely by the people of the hippie culture, but also by all those who are professional players.

It can be compared to the “Chattar” built in ancient times, which was rotated with the palanquin of the gods and goddesses of Himachal. The belief that what goes also comes back, or reflects karma or can be called a symbol of Aum.

An antidepressant for a person, who sometimes gets stuck at a point and is unable to focus, this tool and playing with it diverts his/her  attention to a brighter side, in other words, it gives him a direction to keep flowing, such is the glory of this strange tool of neo-culture. Making one enter into the realm of infinity, progress and skill that comes with practice and effort.

Their brand motto is Sat Chitt Anand, giving FlowChakra an Indian touch. “Sat Chitt Anand,” means “Truth, Consciousness, Bliss,” reflects the ultimate nature of Brahman in Indian philosophy and Vedanta.

How is it useful?

It is useful in maintaining the balance of mind and body. To keep flowing from the stuck state of mind ,and build all good psycho-motor skills. It can relieve a person from depression, anxiety and drug addiction.

It even helps to build a community and find people with the same type of interests, all those crazy hippies, you surely long for.

FlowArts is now a community

Who all are the Majors of the Community?

FlowArts has become a magical hub. Among these strange play are a variety of games, such as slack lining, where one learns to balance oneself on a thin rope of the width of a iron scale.

Apart from these, there is fire – poi etc. are also performed, which is an art parallel to an attractive and beautiful dance, that seems as a enlightened show of a fight over the dark, dull nights, into fire which is symbol of victory of good over evil.

There is Veerji and who serves, shoulder movement and wielding the Hanuman mace for Strength in the FlowArt menu.

Nitesh, who is also active on social media, with his FlowArts skilled dispersed via his page FlowChakra, has many other associated with him including Paarth, who, through his artwork, creates a spinning artefact called FlowMetrix, which is a beautiful spinning intrument that is painted with neon paint. He even creates beautiful spinning artefacts that look too good as dynamic showpieces.

The hula-hooping foreigner woman, her daughter and Veer are also an integral part of the community, who meet their community people interested in learning their skill and keep flowing through workshops from time to time.

How many workshops till now ?

There have had been ‘n’ number of workshops that have been organized by these flowing blizzards, who tend to flow along with the flow and sometimes in the innermost state of their consciousness create, a flow of their own for the people around.

To name a few workshops, that these prodigies have been a part of are: Dapo X Slack, Kasratshala, Genesis and many more.

Where can we find the community, for connecting for the world that’s beyond the ordinary:

The following are a few social media handles that can connect you to a artform beyond the ordinary, carved out of empiricism, that would connect you to your zen.

A few handles that will help you reach over these talented artists are:

FlowChakra, FlowMetrix, FlowArtsCommunityofIndia,___Veer___ etc.

What will be the future of this ArtForm?

The future of this artform is unknown as such, but it is probably going to take a shape of an artefact prior to the neo-culture, or a culture that is about to come, teaching ethics and flow to the one perusing this ArtForm. This is a great collaboration of a few who are going to design something new and evident to the mankind, and are surely going to be a part of the talk of tomorrow’s generation.
