Jal Shakti Department Warns of Water Contamination After Unknown Person Dumps Garbage Near Lift Drinking Water Scheme in Hamirpur
Hamirpur, November 19: Jal Shakti Department has immediately shut down this drinking water scheme due to some unknown person dumping septic tank waste near the Lift Drinking Water Scheme Ser Balouni Dhaned-2.
Assistant Engineer of Sub Division Hamirpur of Jal Shakti Department said that the water source of Lift Drinking Water Scheme Ser Balouni Dhaned-2 can get polluted due to garbage dumped by an unknown person.
Therefore, the drinking water scheme has been shut down as a precaution. He has appealed for cooperation from the people of all the villages covered under this scheme.
