CM Sukhu: Himachal Government Approves 11% Dearness Allowance and Restores Old Pension Scheme for Employee Welfare

Shimla, November 18: Delegation of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited met Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu under the leadership of HPSEBL Employees and Engineers Joint Front Convenor Lokesh Thakur and apprised him of various issues and demands.

The Chief Minister assured the delegation that their demands would be considered sympathetically. He emphasized the commitment of the state government for the welfare of the employees and said that the government has released 11 percent dearness allowance within two years of its tenure and restored the old pension scheme for the welfare of the employees.

He said that government employees are like his family and steps are being taken with constant promptness for their welfare.

Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani and Co-Convenor of HPSEBL Employees and Engineers Joint Front Hira Lal were also present on the occasion.
