Shimla, November 15: Two people died when an Alto car lost control and rolled into a deep ditch in Chirgaon police station area of ​​Rohru subdivision. The accident occurred near Badiara on Badiara-Jhalwari road on Friday evening.

According to information received from the police, two people from Jhalwari village were in the car. After the accident, one of them died on the spot, while the other died on the way to the hospital. The deceased have been identified as Hemraj (33) and Man Singh (52). Hemraj was driving the car. Hemraj died on the spot, while Man Singh, who was seriously injured, died while being taken to the hospital.

Rohru DSP Ravindra Negi has confirmed the accident. He said that a case has been registered and the cause of the accident is being investigated. The bodies will be handed over to the family after post-mortem on Saturday.
