Vinod Kumar Dhiman will be SP Baddi in the absence of IPS Ilma Afroz
The Himachal government has handed over the charge of Baddi Police to the dynamic senior Himachal Pradesh Police Service (HPS) officer Vinod Kumar Dhiman. Vinod Kumar Dhiman, a 2007 batch officer, is currently working as Commandant in the 8th Battalion Home Guard Chamba.

HPS Vinod Dhiman’s induction into IPS can also happen soon. The government has assigned the responsibility of Superintendent of Police Baddi to Dhiman during the leave of IPS officer Ilma Afroz. This deployment has been implemented with immediate effect.
According to the order, Vinod Kumar Dhiman will remain posted as SP Baddi until SP Ilma Afroz returns from leave and takes charge. In this regard, the state’s Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena has issued orders. According to the information, Dhiman will take charge on Thursday.
