This year the auspicious time of the fast date is 12 November. Ekadashi date starts from 6:46 pm on November 11 to 4:04 pm on November 12.
Puja method and importance
The fast of Devuthani Ekadashi is considered very virtuous. It is also called Prabodhini Ekadashi and Devutthan Ekadashi. This day marks the end of Chaturmas, after which all auspicious works like marriage and other auspicious works start again. By worshiping Lord Vishnu properly on this day, there is no dearth of happiness, prosperity, wealth and blessings in the house.
On the day of Devuthani Ekadashi, Lord Vishnu is especially meditated and meditated upon. It is believed that by fasting and worshiping on this day, all sins are destroyed and devotees receive special blessings of Lord Vishnu.
