Syria backs Iran’s right to self-defence after Israeli strikes
The Syrian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it supports “Iran’s legitimate right to defend itself”.
DAMASCUS: Syria on Saturday condemned Israeli air strikes against Iran, saying it reaffirms its ally’s right to self-defence.
Expressing its “solidarity” with Iran, the Syrian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it supports “Iran’s legitimate right to defend itself and protect its territory and the lives of its citizens”.
