Settlement done in 7136 cases in Lok Adalats in Kangra
National Lok Adalat was organized in all the courts of District Kangra on Saturday under the chairmanship of Rajiv Bali, Chairman (District and Session Judge), District Legal Services Authority, Dharamshala, Kangra.
Dharamshala, 15 September: National Lok Adalat was organized in all the courts of District Kangra on Saturday under the chairmanship of Rajiv Bali, Chairman (District and Session Judge), District Legal Services Authority, Dharamshala, Kangra.
It includes pre-litigation, NI Act, money recovery cases, labor disputes, essential services related cases, electricity and water bill cases etc. Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, expenses cases, criminal compoundable cases, motor accidents, Claims Tribunal cases, matrimonial cases, land acquisition cases, revenue cases otherwise in civil cases, both pre-trial cases and cases pending in the court.
Settlement was done in 7136 cases in Lok Adalat and an amount of Rs. 15A 39A 80A 382 was received.
