Hamirpur, September 08: Diksha Sharma, daughter of Manwin village of Bhoranj subdivision, has proudly raised the name of her region and state by becoming a Lieutenant in the Indian Army. After completing her officer training in Chennai, Diksha will now serve in Dehradun. She has achieved this important achievement by passing the Short Service Commission (SSC) in the very first attempt.
Diksha attributed her success to her family and teachers. After Diksha’s selection and completion of training, there is an atmosphere of happiness in her home Manwin village and relatives.
Diksha’s father Tarsem Kumar Sharma is also serving as Subedar Major in the Indian Army, while her mother Sushma Sharma is a housewife. Diksha completed her early education from Him Academy School, Vikas Nagar Hamirpur and later obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in the year 2023 from Government Engineering College, Nagarota Bagwan, Kangra.
Diksha had applied online to become a lieutenant in the Army, and achieved this position in her first attempt. Her family and relatives have congratulated her on this great success.
