Samej tragedy: Another body recovered on the banks of Satluj, not identified
On the seventh day of the search operation after the Samej tragedy, a body was recovered on the banks of Satluj river in Sainj area on Wednesday morning.

Shimla, 7 August: On the seventh day of the search operation after the Samej tragedy, a body was recovered on the banks of Satluj river in Sainj area on Wednesday morning. According to administrative sources, prima facie the body appears to be that of a woman. The body was found in a mutilated condition.
Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap said that the body has been sent to Rampur Hospital for post-mortem. Kullu administration has also been informed about this case. Investigation is going on by the local police and administration at the spot.
