Painful: One youth died on the spot after coming in contact with electric wire, another youth is in critical condition, case of negligence registered against electricity department
A painful incident has come to light at a place called Dehariya near Banaal Panchayat under Sujanpur Police Station in Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh. In which a young man died after coming in contact with an electric wire while another friend was seriously injured.

According to the information received, Sujanpur Police Station in-charge Mastram Nayak informed that at around 9:30 am in the morning, information was received through telephone that two youths were injured after coming in contact with electric wires in Dehariya area adjacent to Banaal Panchayat, in which one youth Vijay Kumar, age 35, died on the spot. While the other companion Harsh Thakur, age 20, is seriously injured. The team of Sujanpur Police Station, which reached the spot, took the body in its possession and sent it for post-mortem to Medical College Hamirpur. While the treatment of the seriously injured youth is going on in Medical College Hamirpur.
However, Sujanpur police station in-charge has registered a case and started further action. Sujanpur police station in-charge Mastram Nayak said that a case of negligence has been registered against the electricity department.
