Mandi News: Due to heavy rains on Tuesday, the drain of village panchayat Anah of Seraj assembly constituency of Mandi district got flooded and many cars and motorcycles got buried under the debris.
Local people are engaged in removing the debris by removing the stuck vehicles themselves.
Mandi, July 03: After the torrential rains since last Tuesday night, the maximum damage has been recorded in Seraj assembly constituency of Mandi district. Due to flooding in the drain of Gram Panchayat Anah of Seraj assembly constituency, a car and many motorcycles have been buried under the debris. Not only this, many houses have also suffered heavy damage due to the debris.
According to the information received from the local people, due to the torrential rains continuing since last Tuesday night, a drain in Gram Panchayat Anah of Seraj assembly constituency of Mandi district suddenly flooded. Due to which the car and many motorcycles parked on the roadside also got buried in the debris. Many houses have also been damaged due to the heavy amount of debris in this drain. After heavy rains, other houses along the drain are also in danger.

The danger has increased further due to landslides at many places on Chandigarh-Manali National Highway.
