Shimla Shocked: 14-year-old minor girl kidnapped and raped in Ambala, father makes serious allegations against ex-wife

Shimla, June 27: A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh.A man living in the Sadar police station area of Shimla city has made a serious allegation against his ex-wife that his minor daughter was kidnapped and a man raped her. The complainant’s minor daughter was raped in Ambala, Haryana.

According to the complainant father, his ex-wife and her current husband first kidnapped his 14-year-old minor daughter.Both of them took his minor daughter with them. After this, they sent the complainant’s daughter to a man living in Ambala, Haryana. Where that man raped his daughter without her consent.
In such a situation, on the complaint of the daughter’s father, the Sadar Police Station in-charge has now registered a case under Section 363, 376 of IPC and Section-6 POCSO Act.
The special team of Sadar Police Station is trying to nab the accused. At present, no one has been arrested.
