Himachal News: One of the five youths overtaking the bike took out a knife and attacked the 22-year-old youth on his chest, killing him

Chamba, June 24: A case of the heartbreaking murder of a 22-year-old youth has come to light in Chuwari of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. Let us tell you that a 22-year-old youth was stabbed to death in an argument that started over overtaking.
The Chamba district police in-charge has identified the deceased youth as Nikhil, age 22, resident of Mahla, Nurpur, district Kangra.
Chamba District Police Station in-charge said that 22 year old Nikhil had gone to see the Chhinj fair with his friends.
Last Sunday evening, while returning from the Chhinj fair, 22 year old Nikhil and his friends got into an argument with some youths who were overtaking their vehicle near the petrol pump.

This argument soon turned into a fight and the local people made both the parties reconcile and sent them away from there.
After the fight was resolved, both the parties once again started arguing at Jatarun on the Chuwari-Pathankot road.
During the argument, one of the youths who was overtaking took out a knife and attacked 22-year-old Nikhil on his chest. The entire attack on Nikhil’s chest with a sharp knife was so strong that after the attack, 22-year-old Nikhil was admitted to a hospital in Amritsar. After the best efforts of the doctors, 22-year-old Nikhil died during treatment.
Regarding the entire case, Chamba District Police Administration Superintendent Abhishek Yadav said that the Chamba Police Incharge has registered a case of murder against the accused youth and the accused youth who attacked with a sharp knife along with 5 other youths have been arrested.
Abhishek Yadav said that the Chamba Police Incharge has started an in-depth investigation of the entire murder case. Also, the body of the deceased 22-year-old Nikhil is going to be handed over to the family after post-mortem.
