The postmortem of the dead body of deceased Bayant Singh alias Kaku, son of Ajit Singh, resident of Barota, Post Office and Tehsil Ghumarwin, was conducted at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Medical College, Nerchowk by the Sundarnagar Police Station in-charge and the body was handed over to the family members.

It is noteworthy that a married woman from Churad area of ​​Sundarnagar subdivision of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh had made serious allegations against the deceased Bayant Singh alias Kaku that she had become friends with Bayant Singh alias Kaku, a resident of Barota of Ghumarwin area, on the social media platform Facebook two years ago.

The married woman had told that she used to talk to the accused Bayant Singh alias Kaku on Facebook and the accused Bayant Singh alias Kaku used to come to the married woman’s house in the absence of her husband.

The married woman had made serious allegations that the accused Bayant Singh alias Kaku had forced her to have physical relations with him several times and the accused Bayant Singh alias Kaku was also threatening to make her nude pictures viral on social media platform facebook.

After which the victim married woman reached the Sundarnagar police station in-charge and lodged an FIR against the accused Bayant Singh alias Kaku.

Regarding the entire case, Mandi District Police Administration Additional Superintendent of Police Sagar Chandra said that the accused Bayant Singh alias Kaku, arrested by the Sundarnagar Police Station In-charge in the case of rape of the victim married woman, has committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance in the lockup.He said that the Sundarnagar Police Station In-charge is investigating the entire case thoroughly keeping in mind every aspect of the case and the Sundarnagar Police Station In-charge has got the post-mortem of the body of the accused Bayant Singh alias Kaku done and handed it over to the family.
