Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Una, June 10 :A case of robbery by armed robbers in a Gold Loan branch on Hamirpur Road in Una city of Himachal Pradesh in the morning has come to light.Four armed robbers riding on a bike had reached the Gold Loan branch with the intention of looting it, but when the siren installed in the branch rang, the four robbers beat up the branch employees and female customers and fled with everyone’s mobile phones.
As soon as the information of the entire case was received, SP Una along with a large number of police team reached the Gold Loan branch on the spot and started the investigation by examining all the CCTV footage installed nearby Branch.
Gold Loan branch employee Harpreet Singh told SP Una that on Monday morning when the branch employees started opening the branch, two youths already standing outside the branch took information about gold loan from the employees.
As soon as the branch gate was opened by the branch employees, both the youths entered the branch and started beating the branch employees as well as a female customer at gunpoint. After this, two more companions of the youth entered the branch and tried to rob it, but after the gate opened, the siren installed in the branch started ringing due to the code not being entered in the biometric and the four accused beat up the gold loan branch employees and ran away with their mobile phones.
On receiving the information about the entire case, SP Una District Police Administration Rakesh Singh along with a large number of police force reached the Gold Loan branch and collected information from the branch employees about the entire case.
To collect more information about the entire case, the team of Una District Police Administration thoroughly investigated all the CCTV footage installed in the Gold Loan branch and its surroundings. Also, some CCTV footage clips have been taken into custody for investigation so that the four accused can be identified.
SP Una District Police Administration, Rakesh Singh said that the entire case is being investigated thoroughly by all the teams of Una District Police Administration and all the four accused who came to rob the Gold Loan Branch will soon be arrested and sent behind bars.
