Shimla: Special Cell recovered a consignment of 9.93 grams of Chitta from two smugglers.
The entire action was taken by the Special Cell team of Shimla Police on Wednesday based on the information received from the complainant.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 09:Shimla Police of Himachal Pradesh, during its anti-narcotics campaign, has recovered a consignment of 9.93 grams of Chitta from Malyana village adjacent to Dhali police station, in which two accused have also been arrested.

The entire action was taken by the Special Cell team of Shimla Police on Wednesday based on the information received from the complainant.
As part of the action, the Special Cell team raided the house of accused Dhan Singh in Malyana village adjacent to Dhalli Police Station and recovered a consignment of 9.93 grams of Chitta.
Also, the accused Dhan Singh, thirty one years old, and Vikas Kumar, twenty nine years old, who were involved in chitta smuggling, have been arrested.
Shimla Police Superintendent Sanjeev Gandhi said that the Special Cell team has recovered a consignment of 9.93 grams of Chitta and arrested both the accused and a case has been registered against the accused under Section 21 NDPS. Shimla Police is going to present both the accused in Shimla District Court and take them on remand.
