Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 06:After much deliberation, the Congress Party High Command has announced the names of candidates for the upcoming by-elections in Lahaul-Spiti and Barsar assembly constituencies of Himachal Pradesh.
Under which, Congress Party’s candidate from Lahaul-Spiti Assembly Constituency will be Anuradha Rana, while on the other hand, Congress Party’s candidate from Barsar Assembly Constituency of Hamirpur district will be Subhash Chand.
